Choices and Childbirth

This is a group for parents and those interested in issues surrounding childbirth.

Facilitated by an independent midwife, meetings offer the opportunity raise any questions and discuss any concerns you have about any part of pregnancy or birth. The atmosphere is informal and relaxed - and is accompanied by tea and home-made cake!.

From time to time other professionals are also invited to share tips and ideas for you to use in labour and birth. We have had excellent sessions on accupuncture, hyponotherapy, shiatsu and homeopathy. Parents went home with new practical skills for birth.
